Salmon Shepherd's Pie Stuffed Bell Peppers:
- 3 Bell Peppers
- 8 Ounces of Oshen Salmon
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Thyme
- 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Broth
- 1.75 Ounces of Carrots, minced
- 7 Ounces of Onions, minced
- 3.5 Ounces of Asparagus, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 8 Ounces of Cauliflower, steamed
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Broth
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Parsley, garnish
