I am embarrassed to say that I kind of just ended it β¦ by having (or letting?) life interfere with what I had going on here. I was away (as many noticed) for several weeks. Since it was a weekly challenge I donβt feel it fits within my ethics to jump back in and continue now. That being said I did complete week 45 and just never shared it before my hiatus.
Iβm not going to have this week count for those who were βin the challenge,β but I still wanted to share this video. It took a great deal of time, effort, and fitness to work up to planking for this duration. πͺπ»
I am still going to do a final episode to officially βendβ the challenge, but I canβt thank everyone enough for sending me so much support and encouragement while I had it together enough to keep it going, which was almost an entire year! ππ»
This was my last consecutive week done back in July β¦ Week 45, 26 Minutes! π₯² I miss this Shelly who was so determined to plank every week, who was always here, but I am also thankful to be the Shelly who made it back and is still fighting for a life of balance, fun, and something more than work. π
