Added 2021-10-22 14:58:09 +0000 UTCFinished my fast… 84 hours 🥳 This is the longest 0 calorie fast I have ever done, and surprisingly it was WAY easier for me than a 3 day juice cleanse or the 5 day prolon fast 😳 🧘🏻♂️ Right now I feel so grounded, aware and spiritual. I absolutely see why some form fasting is incorporated with most religions. 🥰 Much love 💕
