We are half way through summer 😠I am not ready for the shift in weather when summer comes to an end and fall takes over. Nature will transform before our eyes, the leaves will turn brilliant shades of amber and crimson. The lush summer greenery fades, replaced by the earthy scent of fallen leaves and the chill in the air that hints at the winter to come.
At least we can look forward to what the garden offers! Aromatic herbs like sage and thyme flourish in the cooler days, while hearty vegetables such as pumpkins and root crops emerge, reminding us that this transition brings its own gifts. Though my heart clings to the lingering warmth of summer, I can’t help but marvel at the beauty of this season of harvest! I will be making videos about the different herbs & vegetables that I enjoy using the most during the fall and winter times.
