




SWEATY PICS & MORNING MEDITATION Been slacking on my morning workouts, but my routine on a good week is eat something light, work out at home for about 45 minutes, shower, have more breakfast and then get to work. I wanna get a bike so I can zoom around too cuz I hate running 😭 but love exercising outside!! The other day I jogged around the park and wanted to capture my sweaty musky self for y’all. Give you the “locker room” view haha I always enjoy playing around with posing and finding new ways to show off my body. Sometimes I’m more successful than others but you get the idea 🤓 Final vid is me just meditating under the shower. Very stranger things sensory deprivation tank vibes haha I like to feel the water run over me and just focus on my breath for a couple minutes. Pump myself up for the day and all that good stuff.
