I don’t know why bodies and sexual energy is something we’re expected to keep private. In other cultures, other times, our sexuality was something we shared openly. By making things private and hidden, it inherently creates shame.
I’m tired of shame. I’m tired of not being fully authentic in who and what I am.
I am a powerful, embodied being. I am grateful for this body and the pleasure it brings me.
