Being at an all time highest bodyweight has come with experiencing every bit of me in a whole new way. It took me 4 years to break through the plateau. So YES this is a lot of work!!! Praying my stage weight is in the 150s for the first time! I WANT THAT HEAVYWEIGHT CROWN!!! This video was shot on a whim.. but I may make it a new signature series!! I like the competition spray shine! Summertime sun means ALL the angles and light, like I've loved for years 🥰 About to turn up on posts & videos. I'm feeling good!
