I get all the salt, hydration & of course carbs!! So annoying lol! That's the best part! But today, the pump was legit. Filmed over 6 min of biceps work & could actually FEEL the bl00d in every fiber 🤤💧🩸 IT FEELS SO GOOD!!!!! ONG give me more!!! I wish my arms were this big on stage!!! The best part!? Training my biceps without pain 🥰 Through most of Olympia prep my elbows were so shot, so easily irritated, I could hardly train my bis at all. & It showed. I'm so excited too be doing the work I am now and making that progress!! Time to bring them up!!
