Bc I'm still recovering from being extremely sick, my anxiety and depression is at an all time high. There's nothing I can do about it right now bc it's all related to me just being behind and sick, but I also can't rush myself or push myself to hard right now.
I don't think I have horrible self esteem but it's definitely fragile and very correlated to how much effort I put into myself like working out and learning new things which I haven't been able to do so that really sucks.
Being a creator that is reliant on my physical appearance and producing engaging content this has been really hard on me to try to produce new content causing me to fall deeper into unhappiness with myself.
It will all be okay and turn out just fine. Not asking for pity but just letting you guys know the reason I may promise things out of excitement over it but not be able to follow through bc of this unknown journey im on.
