For today's exercises, I did deadlifts, reverse lunges, and lateral lunges. I felt these were the best to umm back dat ass up haha. I'm still doing 3 sets of 10 reps when it comes to each exercise, whether I'm doing them at home or at the gym. So even if I don't do all of them in the clips (because I feel like it'd get boring to watch), I do finish the sets off video. I am aiming to either up the sets or the reps, but I'm still trying to get the hang of what exercises I feel work best for me and whatnot. Hence, using different exercises for each Workout Wednesday.

Heyoo it's Workout Wednesday!! I'm doing some leg exercises then leg stretches.
I went to the gym yesterday to work on my arms, and I could not stay there for long. First, I woke up late around noon, I hadn't eaten anything because I don't like to eat first thing so I had this juice blend thing at a shop, then went to hit the gym around 1pm. It was so fucking hot and I was running low on energy that I felt like I couldn't give my workout my 110%. I tried to do less sets/reps or lowering the weight and drinking water, but after a little while, I had to go home and eat lolz. Moral of the story: wake up early and have a meal at least an hour before working out.
But I did fuck up my sleep schedule over the weekend, so I'm trying to recover. My arms are still a bit sore so I guess I still did something at the gym lolz. Anyways, I'm doing legs today, and going to the gym tomorrow to try out the abs machines. Wish me luck then!

I'm really glad to have a space such as OF to explore, learn, and create different things that come to mind. I always have so many ideas but I sometimes struggle with how to perfectly execute them in the way that I envision them. Having to constantly produce content and live stream and a bunch of other stuff I had to handle before prevented me from being able to have enough time to experiment. It was a hindrance, but it did teach me how to multitask and handle my time better.
Now that I've gotten the hang of creating content for OF, I have more time to learn different skills in relation to content creation to hopefully make my content look, feel, and sound better. Honestly, I love your feedback on what I produce, especially when it comes to videos because those take longer to edit with cutting, color grading, transitions, etc. All the compliments and constructive criticism give me the motivation to keep producing and experimenting.

Since I've started posting here, I've been using mostly Lightroom to edit my photos, something that I had to learn and feel confident in using now when it comes to color grading. But I've also been wanting to learn more Photoshop in terms of photo manipulation. Just another skill I want to learn personally to challenge my creativity.

## **DAY OFF TOMORROW**
For any new peeps that don't know, I like to have a day off every week from posting and messaging here. I usually take this day off from most social medias as well. This is to help me relax and reflect. *I also secretly use this day to catch up on offline work like editing and planning for the week lolz.* But I do try to take my day off as a way to relieve any stress, and honestly, it's been helping me a lot in so many ways and I am grateful to you guys for encouraging and supporting it.

Do you have or ever had clip-on sunglasses? If you wear glasses, would you try these?
Speaking of glasses, I have thought about getting Lasik at some point, but I also like wearing glasses. It's something I've had since I was little and I feel it's attached to me like if it helps define me or something. I guess it's a sentimental thing. But can you imagine me without them forever?!
I've tried eye contacts before but they would bother me. Having to remember to put them on and take them off, changing the solution, feeling them on my eyeballs lmao, them hurting even more or drying easily when it was windy, ordering more sets, etc. So, my glasses stay, and so do these clip-ons!

Today, we're doing three arm exercises while watching some The Order on Netflix and getting distracting from counting reps lolz. It's a good thing I'm working out both arms at the same time so that they're even either way haha.
I am actually excited about getting some arm muscle, or muscle in general, with going to the gym. I remember when I used to like gym class in grade school. When I no longer had PE, and after I graduated, I would try to exercise a little bit at home. I even did burpees when I had more space to do them. But with going to college full-time and working at the time, I had less and less time to exercise.
Then I moved here to Cali, went to community college where it was a requirement to have 2 PE classes. So I took cycling one semester and strength training the semester after. Cycling was cool and I learned a lot about pacing and when/what to eat before exercising. The music the coach put was really cool too; a mix of classic music and today's music. During strength training, I got exposed to some of the machines even though most were taken by the guys lmao. I noticed the girls worked more with the cardio machines. So I was kind of left with weights and my own weight to do my exercises.
Now, I get to work with machines at a cool, chill gym! Well, when I can go there lolz. I'm not sure if I've shared this before, but there are a bunch of different specialized ones and even ones that work out the whole body. I wasn't sure how to set up or use the machines, but the coolest part is that each machine has a sticker with instructions and a QR code you can scan to see a video of how to work the machine. It's a lot better than gyms I've been to before in school.
