I have my first photoshoot since my shoulder surgery this weekend and Iโm super nervous/ excited ๐ฌ I have not been able to get to where I want to be strength/fitness wise but luckily I feel prepared when it comes to skin and hair ๐๐ป plus! thanks to my awesome Subs I have a wardrobe full of fun things to wear ๐ช๐ป this year Will hopefully be full of lots more photoshoots thanks to your support ๐ what are you looking forward to seeing?

who needs a photographer when you have a Fred? ๐
after we did the final fit check, before I took the suit home we decided to have an impromptu photoshoot in the park ๐๐ป It was worth the effort because I love the shots that we got ๐๐ป I am definitely excited to eventually do a professional shoot.. but for now I think these are nice captures that really show off Fred and Elle's craftsmanship ๐ค I know this is not a super popular character.. but she means a lot to me and I feel powerful getting to depict her in my way ๐ค

I have been working my way back into the gym since my surgery ๐ช๐ปit has been a little bit of an emotional rollercoaster for me but Iโm starting to feel stronger and more capable every day ๐ I hope you are taking care of your physical and mental health so that you can kick lifeโs butt with greater ferocity ๐ฆ

I made it to week three postop and Iโm so ready to get back to regular life in a few more weeks... I have regained my full range of motion back! I just donโt have any strength in my right arm๐ but the doctor said at four weeks I would be allowed to add in cable pulls ๐๐ป so I look forward to being able to update you next week on my strength levels๐ I donโt feel any of the pain that I used to feel before my surgery. I do have new pain that my doctor assures me is pain from healing because they had to drill in the bone and clean off a lot of tissue๐
he says that most of it will subside as my healing continues๐ค I hope this answers some questions for those of you who have been asking๐ Thank you for all the kind words in my comment sections and all of the awesome messages of support!
