✨Listen to your body. If there is a day your body feels off it’s ok to rest. GROWTH happens during the resting period and is necessary.

✨ EAT. food is your friend here🥗🍑🍓🥑🍌 You’re burning calories + tearing up your muscles there fore the right foods will only HELP and never hinder your progress.

Be patient with yourself and embrace the discomfort. It’s ok to make mistakes.. i have some days where I have no idea what exercises i’m going to pull together.
