I like the idea showing fitness people..but everything is geared for the younger generation. But I'm here to show how I've maintained this lifestyle. We are the older generation that paved the road for this younger generation. Women like myself that are still here. Still training still competing. Unfortunately a lot of younger people come and go , I've witnessed this over the years. I started as a 5 yr old. swimmer who competed till I was 51. I worked my way to a full scholarship . I'm now into weight training and a competitive athlete still over all these years. I want to be one of the oldest in this sport. Showing what can and will be accomplished. I'm a lost generation, a generation that sadly is over looked.

What I love about videos...there is no airbrushing no photo shop it's the real deal. You can add filters to adjust the color in the whole video but you can't touch up the person. So you see the real person
