TGIF everyone :) I am so lost without a desktop PC! Ever since my hard drive crashed I just kind of blocked it all out and left it for a while. I have had so much going wrong all at once that my computer crashing was just kind of the proverbial straw. It's one of those days that I just can't get my head on straight. I just feel lost and don't know how to get myself out of it. I know that I will, but I needed to share anyway. I hope y'all are doing better than me. I did have a brief urge to drink, which of course I won't do, but I had it nonetheless. Amazing that it never goes away. Fift een months of sobriety and I had that same feeling while out doing errands that I would get before. Like I needed to go to the liquor store and that would be my relief from how I feel. Of course that's not the truth, but that demon will always be there trying to trick me. 😔

Hey everyone. I have a video I would love to share with you, but I am very nervous because it's as "real me" as "real me" gets. If you know my full story (if you've watched those videos of my story/my truth, you already know that part of me) you would probably enjoy seeing it, but I am still very hesitant to share. I've been entirely too sedentary the past couple of years. Between that and all the prior drinking, I am slowly undoing all of that damage. As it's a new year, like we all tend to do, I am feeling very motivated to get back to being more active. Tonight, I began the first step to that journey (quite literally) and the reality of just how out of shape I am, and how far I have to go floored me. In my big pajama shirt with no makeup or hair done, I decided I needed to start somewhere, so I did. I filmed it with the intention of using it later for before and after, but if this gets enough likes I will share the video here with you all. One of the things I get told by fans is how much you love my honesty and that I share both the good and bad. So please let me know if you'd like to see it. Here's a screenshot of the end.
