little behind the scenes of a cool art project that I got to be a part of the other day 🤩
I worked with a local artist here in berlin named dan carabas on a project he calls “metamorphic sculptures”
we tied ropes around my body and covered it in plaster to create a sculpture that showcases the art of shibari and the human body 🖤 I think it’s a really cool, edgy contrast between the softness of feminine curves and the roughness of the rope
I had so much fun working on this, I love using my body to create art🥰 it was also humbling though, I didn’t realize how hard it would be to stand completely still for an hour and a half😅 and pulling the plaster off…can’t say it was the most pleasant feeling🥴😂

I’ve never been much of a morning person, but I loveeee a slow morning coffee🤗 my family has a daily tradition that we refer to as “coffee time”: where we sit together, drink our coffee, and be present with each other. this is always my fav part of the day💛 no phones, no distractions… just us letting our words flow over coffee☕️
I’ve carried the “coffee time” tradition into my life outside of my family and make it a priority to start my day by spending quality time with myself. it’s always special if I get to share that quality time with someone else too🥰
