There you can find all types of plant medicine, jungle animals, herbs, fruits & veggies, and tobacco products I've never seen anywhere else! I love exploring the artisan goods and textiles from other cultures and this market has everything you can think of and more 😋

I've been working on eating healthy and cooking more at home... So I made some tasty crackers from scratch! 😋🤣 A medley of sunflower, flaxseed, sesame, and hemp seeds with some rosemary and sea salt.
The first step to eating better is finding ways to eat more diverse foods and less processed things like crackers in a box. Anyway, they are super tasty and I would let you have a bite if you asked nicely 🤤
