Health Update - I know a few of you have been following along with my health issues and so I thought I would share a very surprising revelation, for those interested. Since February this year, Iāve been stuck in a seemingly never ending loop of my skin breaking out and feeling miserable. As time went on, I developed serious sinusitis and really bad jaw ache.
Countless trips to the doctor, multiple treatments later and Iām getting worse. I thought back to the start of the yearā¦ what happened? What did I change? Well, as many of you know, I gave up cigs after 20 years. I instead turned to a well known alternative. Could it be that? Surely notā¦..
After a lot of digging and reading, I discovered one of the ingredients in them can cause an allergic reaction. The symptoms fit like a glove. Furthermore, I remembered I suffered from something similar back in 2018 and blamed it on Hair, Skin and Nail vitamins I got. I wasnāt wrong. The same ingredient is also in those vitamins.
Am I frustrated that I mentioned my lifestyle change to every doctor I seen and they didnāt make the connectionā¦ yes. However at least now I am 99% sure Iāve uncovered the problem and can take the steps to help myself. I could still be wrongā¦ but I doubt it.
