bloated belly from tonight!! I have some sad news 😭 about 3 hours after posting about my planned capacity training and stuffing tonight and soon after returning from grocery shop, I was stricken with the most intense UTI symptoms (right after I made my shake 🥲). the aftermath video will go out as soon as I can do the capacity challenge I promised - I don’t want to send out less than expected or anything that feels not up to par. It was so painful, I had some antibiotics prescribed for tomorrow to pick up but since it was too late to get them today I just drank probably over a gallon of water along with a few meals (big chipotle burrito, 2 rich soups, a box of 6 frosted mini cakes and crackers and cheese) 💗 send well wishes! Hopefully by tomorrow night or Saturday I’ll be able to have all the sugar and caffeine I want - it’s not recommended to have excess of that so sadly THAT much tea and ice cream probably would have hurt me :(

Capacity training day!! Check out this insane difference between my round but empty belly and when I suck it in.. those of you that watch my live streams know that I can’t suck in AT ALL when I’m full! My goal for today is one quart of full fat ice cream (tillamook), one gallon of tea, and food and desserts on top of that! Only $5 this time to get the aftermath/progress vids - training myself for another HUGE stuffing!
