I don't remember the surgery _that_ terrible. Couple of weeks at the hospitals, 3 months at home... The worst part was being at home, missing all social events - birthdays, dances, parties - but I also was 14, and I was easily entertained by Pokemon, World of Warcraft, Minecraft, Lol...

I got my surgery when I was 14. Before that, I couldn't even do PE with the rest of the class, and it was boring, traumatizing, and hurtful. I couldn't dance, I couldn't run, I couldn't play sports... Not even talking about gym!
