2023-05-30 16:49:10 +0000 UTC View PostBefore and after from this morning's glute-focused lower session (literally my least favourite session of the week but the one I always start with!). Believe it or not, I actually HATE training my glutes and hams 🤮 and much prefer training upper body but we're trying to build a balanced physique so I have to suck it up and get on with it. I'm now at the beginning of week 5 of my mini cut and I believe we'll probably be pushing for another 2 weeks before food gets increased again. I was due to be starting a low dose of testosterone but ran my bloods last week post-anavar cycle and it turns out my test levels actually sit naturally outside of the female range already so no supplementation is needed 😂 (also explains why I build muscle so easily I guess). Interesting to know but I'm quite gutted as I miss being on cycle so I was looking forward to some extra assistance but at least I'll have my food back soon. For now, cardio has been increased to 6x25 min sessions. My weight is hovering around 71-72kg just now which means we've pulled off roughly 5kg in 4 weeks. I reckon we'll get down to 70kg or so by the time this phase is up, then it's time to grow again until December 😈

I think it's fair to say that we've grown some tree trunks 🤭 we've work to do yet before prep this year though, long may the gains continue 😈
2023-05-17 10:59:58 +0000 UTC View PostI haven't posted a phyqisue/training update in a few weeks so why not do it nude 🤭 I'm now 2 weeks into my mini cut/recomposition phase and I'm nearly 5kg down already!! My heaviest weight at the end of this bulk was 77.6kg a few weeks ago and as of this morning I saw a new low weight of 72.9kg. Cardio is still at 5 x 25 minutes (I usually do stairs), steps are at 10k and calories are ~2300kcal training day and 2100cal non training day. I actually took a deload these last 5 days as fatigue was hitting me hard but I should be back to training again from Wednesday. PED-wise, anavar is now out as of this past weekend. My cycle was due to end this Wednesday but seeing as I've not been training these last few days there was no need to keep it in once I recovered from last week's sessions. I'm actually already feeling a lot more chilled out and less amped up since we dropped it but not sure if that's in my head or not 😂 I will be checking my testosterone levels this week and provided that they've returned to the natural range I'm hoping to add in fem test within the next week or so to push my test levels to the higher end of the female range so I can continue making big gains while I'm off cycle. Clenbuterol and T3/T4 are also still in which is definitely pushing along the fat loss nicely 😊 Despite dropping nearly 5kg already, size is still holding and I'm still looking pretty full so can only take that as a good sign that I'm holding onto a lot of muscle 🤭 A couple of weeks to keep pushing before I go hack into a gaining phase that'll take me right up to prep in December, exciting times ahead 😈
