I've been writing my Olympia performance piece. And that's after training and cardio. Three training sessions a day resume shortly. I'm lucky to have two right now. I will be in messages later tonight! I had to take my time earlier to consult with a new suit maker!! She believes that she can fix me completely and is ready to showcase my physique!!!

This is the last video I filmed before leaving for the competition! This mini movie was a workout to complete! Very, very difficult considering the exhaustion of peak week, but very rewarding!

What a day! No sleep, I was feeling awful all night 😣 Pack, cook, drive, fly, get to the hotel, eat, ride organize &leave immediately for the grocery store, cook, eat, eat, gym!
The Arizona Grand Resort is HUGE!!! I had no idea! There's a whole water park, multiple pools, like 30 buildings & areas. The fitness center is incredible! I'm glad I didn't leave to pay for another entry.
Best part? Pictures sent to coach after training had him saying WOW!!!!! He REALLY believes in me 🥹😭 I can do this. I will make history and WIN THIS THING!!!

WOOF this is going to be HARD. Physically and mentally. Going through all the competition work, the official photoshoot the next morning which is a workout in itself with pumping & posing, THEN the Battle at 2pm! This is crazy! Drea and I will have just competed... Natalia was supposed to do RP as well but backed out 🫣 So for this competitive training session she'll be fresh & have the advantage... but Drea and I will look AMAZING & you know as a powerlifter too I am not quiet. I want more than anything to have fun with this!! I want to walk in with FIRST PLACE MEDAL around my neck & just pump my heart out!!
The head of Bodybuilding himself Jake Wood has encouraged us to hit it hard & lead all female divisions with our intensity. Now, this is a fine line- we want to put on a show, but we will still be dehydrated & fatigued from the effort of RP. So I CAN NOT get injured. Coach is already apprehensive about what they've asked of us. I don't blame the federation for doing what's easy since we are there, but they are asking a LOT. But what an opportunity!! 🖤📿💪🏽

But the whole look is amazing.. my glistening abs catching the blue light of dusk from the window, lats popping, biceps, triceps, thin skin on my delts, thin skin on my hamstrings stretched as I bend over to show off my,, cuts ;)... Damn I was pleased with this look!
I supersaturated my skin with coconut oil, giving light play angles under perfect light! Filmed Monday, just 12 days out from my 1st comp of the year!

Last leg day COMPLETE! I pushed as hard as I could, to the point of being nauseous. These last few workouts are about depletion of any remaining glycogen. No carbs & very low fat in my diet.
Tomorrow another depletion workout- 20 minutes of fasted cardio with glutes and abs, 30 minutes of flat treadmill after training chest and shoulders. No night cardio I think. Monday will be back and arms. No idea after that, probably some upper body circuits & walks. And LOTS OF PRACTICE.
Unfortunately it looks like there's not going to be any breaks for me. The days are so filled with prep I don't get much time to myself. It's funny because it's all about me, but it's at such a high pace and with so much requirements that you hardly get to stop and take a breath. This pressure crushes people.
Tonight I was lucky enough to be able to book a massage in my home! On the one hand, even though that's "rest", it's another appointment to pack in & it'll be late by the time we're done.
About to shower & get it in my head that this is to relax 😂 Maybe he'll do some muscle scraping.
